For the last 4 years, Pack Up + Go has primarily focused on weekend getaways to mid-sized, urban destinations around the US.
In the last year, many people have turned to exploring the great outdoors to fuel their wanderlust! In our 2020 Future of Travel Survey, we found that more people than ever are interested in Road Trips and domestic travel! This survey, in conjunction with requests for more outdoorsy trips, has influenced us to expand our horizons and offer vacations where everyone can feel safe and comfortable while traveling.
Introducing...Pack Up + Go Outdoors, Road Trips with an outdoor-focused!
Best Outdoor Vacations in the US
Well, we might be a little biased, but we’re extremely excited to share this new Trip Type with you, especially those who want to go on a vacation but want to maintain more social distance. Pack Up + Go Outdoors trips will allow you to explore destinations near your home in the comfort of your own vehicle or from a rental car (which we coordinate on your behalf)!
If you’re looking for a more secluded getaway distant from others, no problem! On your Pre-Trip Survey, you will be able to select how comfortable you are with group activities, the type of recommendations you will be interested in, and anything else we NEED to know in order to plan you the perfect vacation.
Sounds up your alley? Great! You can sign up for a Pack Up + Go Outdoors Trip through our booking platform! Outdoors Trips are unique in a number of ways and because of that, you’ll be asked some special questions on the Pre-Trip Survey, such as your outdoor adventure level and which accommodation amenity you prioritize. We’ve also added some interests to the Pack Up + Go Outdoors Pre-Trip survey that you won’t find anywhere else, like ziplining and fishing! When thinking about your Outdoors Trip, it is important to consider what aspects are most important to you. Do you want to be immersed in nature or closer to a small town?
Just like with the Pre-Trip Survey for our Plane Trip, Road Trip, and Staycation options, you can let us know if your Outdoors Trip is celebrating anything specific or if there is anything else we NEED to know to plan your perfect Surprise Outdoor Road Trip!
Trips start at $500 / per night and can be booked for a minimum of 2-nights up to 10-nights.
