We’re glad you asked. Peace of Mind Refund Assurance, powered by Pack Up + Go, allows you to change your Trip dates or cancel your Trip for any reason up until the day of your departure.

Even if we cannot secure a refund from your airline, hotel, or activity providers, we will refund you:

100% of your travel budget if your Trip is 4+ weeks away
80% of your travel budget if your Trip is 72+ hours away-4 weeks away
75% of your travel budget if your Trip is within 72 hours

If you need to change your Trip dates:

We will change your reservations to either a specific date or hold them for future use. If there is an increase in fare we will cover the difference up to 2x what you paid for Peace of Mind.

Snowstorms, rain storms, and hurricanes can cause less than favorable driving conditions that you might not feel comfortable driving in, understandably. Peace of Mind Refund Assurance can help cover the fees related to changing your Trip to a date that you would feel more comfortable driving.

Car Troubles:

One of the benefits of a Pack Up + Go Road Trip is that you can drive your own car to your destination and make pit stops along the way. While we love enjoying the journey as much as the destination, occasionally our vehicles have other plans. If you run into car troubles along the way that interferes with your ability to attend an event or activity that has been booked for you, Peace of Mind Refund Assurance will enable you to receive a refund or give you the option to rebook a different activity. For example, if you have a food tour scheduled that can’t be rebooked and isn’t refundable, Peace of Mind will cover these expenses so that you don’t get stuck with tickets you can’t use.

Changing Travelers:

Things come up and plans change. Sometimes, a traveler that has signed up as part of your group needs to cancel their portion of the Surprise Trip. If someone needs to leave or cancel, Peace of Mind can provide a guaranteed refund of their portion of the budget. This is especially helpful for last minute changes when the getaway has already been planned!
